Love Me to Death
Finally got to see Intermission Theatre's version of Romeo and Juliet. Love Me to Death takes the action to the streets of London where the Capulets and Montagues eat Nandos when they're not feuding and offing each other with guns and knives. A fantastically fresh production which also made me realise how hard it is taking decent production shots. As usual I went in thinking it would be straightforward and was bamboozled by the fast changing lighting set ups, rapid action on stage, lack of light, hot spots etc etc. Lessons learned.
